RETURN AND REFUND POLICY


Our return policy allows you 14 days to return your item, starting from the day you receive it. Returns made after the 14-day period will not be accepted.


To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when it was received—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.


To initiate a return, please contact us at support@joeandwilder.com. Returns must be sent to the specified address. We provide different return addresses based on your region and will determine the most appropriate one for your location. Return details and instructions will be sent via email, along with a Return Merchandise Form you will need to complete.


If your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please note: You are responsible for covering all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method to send your return.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you need is to return the item you currently have, and once your return is approved, make a separate purchase for the desired item. However, we do offer free size exchanges for selected sizes. If the product doesn’t fit, please email us for assistance.
For variant, color, or product exchanges, customers should return the original item and place a new order.

Cancellations
We accept cancellations within 30 minutes of purchase. If the order has already been fulfilled, please wait for the package to arrive and then return it for a refund. The buyer is responsible for covering shipping fees.
We also accept modification requests within 24 hours of purchase, provided the package has not yet been shipped.
In some cases, we may be able to update address details, sizes, or variants at the last moment. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product. We will assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom products (e.g., personalized orders), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about your specific item, please contact us.


Non-Refundable:

  • Shipping fees
  • Shipping protection insurance
  • Packages returned to sender due to an incorrect address provided by the customer


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Keep in mind that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Shipping Insurance
Our shipping insurance protects packages against loss, damage, or theft during transit with the courier. Coverage starts when the package is handed over to the courier and ends once the courier marks the package as delivered. Incidents occurring after delivery, such as theft or damage at the delivery location, are not covered by this policy.
